Quakertown, PA Job
Job Description:
Arsonists burned this over 250 year old barn in Quakertown, PA and the owner is going to fully restore the structure and has located, dismantled and is in the process of re-erecting a similar timber frame within the restoration work we performed to all the stonework. The barn will be converted into a dwelling. deGruchy Masonry has designed and is installing a stone grain silo which goes from the future basement up to the cathedral ceilings in the living room. Instead of grain the silo is for a custom Rumford fireplace and a wood burning stove insert that will provide heat and ambience to these two main floors. | View Next Job Back to Topics |

20 Years later we received another comment:
As the owner of this property, I can affirm that having Andy do this project was the best investment we made in rejuvenating our house. The craftsmanship and attention to detail continue to be evident to all that view the result.
Steve, Rob and Jeremiah transformed our old painted-stucco-over-fieldstone home into a beautifully pointed dwelling beyond our dreams. These men are very focused and thorough; their work habits are of a high standard. Unanticipated problem areas were dealt with patiently, carefully and expertly.
