Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. LimeWorks.us will only consider offering refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to initial transit. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct final product selection and product amounts. No returns or exchanges are accepted for excess ordered material or incorrect color selections by the customer or if transit damage is not immediately reported upon time of delivery, within 5 business days.

Eligibility for a Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email sales@limeworks.us within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item(s). Pictures of the damaged material is required for returns to be processed. If the items are determined to have been damaged in initial transit, after a review of the shipment details, LimeWorks.us will at their discretion, either issue a refund or replace the damaged items.

In the very uncommon circumstance that an item is mislabeled or sent in error, the correct item will be shipped to the customer from LimeWorks.us upon review that validates the issue reported. If a return is warranted after the review of the issue by LimeWorks.us, a return label will be mailed or emailed to the recipient for them to repackage the item(s) and return it to the shipper. There will be no remuneration for lost time, costs for repackaging, or any other expense regarding damaged or incorrectly sent materials that will be paid for outside the value of the actual material itself.
