CTC Team to visit 2026 Intl. Preservation Trades Workshop
This September, the LimeWorks®.us and Craftwork Training Center team is packing up and headed to Medina, New York! Preservation practitioners, craftspeople, students, and enthusiasts from across North America will come together for the 2026 International Preservation Trades Workshop (IPTW) hosted by Preservation Trades Network for 3 days of hands-on learning, live demonstrations, and connection with craftspeople from across the country.
The LimeWorks.us team will be leading demonstrations on the topics of Horse Hair Lime Plaster on Wood Lath. and Mathematical Lay-out & Follow Through to Carve Traditional Profiles into Indiana Limestone with the demonstration of carving the stones by hand.

Why Medina? A small town nestled in Western New York transformed into a hub of movement by the Erie Canal. Western New York is also home to a beautiful concentration of historic cobblestone construction.
