The Batichanvre-Plus EuroMair® Hempcrete Projection System Binder product line is a range of patented lime binders specifically developed for producing high-performance hemp-lime (hempcrete) mortars and concretes. The range includes Batichanvre Plus, formulated primarily from Saint-Astier® natural hydraulic lime and engineered to work with hemp shiv in breathable, sustainable construction systems. These binders are suitable for a variety of applications, including insulating wall infill, timber-frame construction, floor insulation layers, roof insulation, and renovation projects where moisture management and vapor permeability are important. Designed to provide excellent thermal and acoustic performance, the Batichanvre Plus range helps create durable, energy-efficient building envelopes while supporting healthier indoor environments through natural humidity regulation.

Batichanvre Plus is a patented natural hydraulic lime binder designed for producing hemp-lime (hempcrete) mortars and concretes when mixed with approved hemp shiv such as ISOCANNA® or certified building hemp. It is suitable for both new construction and renovation projects where breathable, insulating wall systems are required.

As a guide, a 25 kg bag of Batichanvre Plus is used as part of a hempcrete mix rather than as a standalone coating product. Material consumption is therefore typically calculated by cubic metre (m³) of finished hempcrete rather than by square metre. Project-specific mix designs should be followed to determine exact yield and coverage.
